The Review:An honest effort for the war on drugs, not just in Punjab, but in the entire country. One of the best aspects of the movie is how close the story stays to reality. The direction is brilliant at parts, making you experience the characters.
Alia Bhatt delivers one of her career best performances after Highway - she's unbelievably good in her role! Shahid tries something new and unique, a role which other actors would debate playing - an amazing performance! Diljit Dosanjh has an excellent debut - very promising. Kareena is average when compared to the others.
The soundtrack is good at some parts but simply noise elsewhere.
Not everyone's cup-of-tea, in terms of content, but certainly a hard-hitting story.
