The Review:A family entertainer! Zoya Akhtar does an excellent job with directing such a complicated script - the emotions and expressions are captured beautifully. The story is well written until the very end where it feels rushed and a tad incomplete.
The 3 lead actors steal the show. Anil Kapoor is flawless as usual along with Ranveer Singh who lives his character. Farhan Akhtar's role is short yet it is memorable and impactful. Shefali Shah hits the bulls eye playing her character. Priyanka Chopra and Anushka Sharma both have strong roles and act wonderfully.
The music is mostly enjoyable. "Gallan Goodiyaan" is the highlight, especially since it is taken in one shot!
It's an enjoyable movie, mainly because of the strong cast.
