The Review:Inspiration at its best! The life - struggles and achievements - of Mary Kom could not have been displayed any better. Vibrant direction by Omung Kumar and a perfect adaptation of Mary Kom's life by Saiwyn Quadras - hat's off to the entire team!
This is one of Priyanka Chopra's best performances - I cannot see anyone else doing what she has done - very realistic! Sunil Thapa does an excellent job as the coach. Darshan Kumar is surprisingly good for his role as Mary Kom's husband!
The entire soundtrack is beautifully woven into the script - fresh, new tunes from Shashi and Shivam!
After two excellent male-oriented bio-pics from Bollywood ("Bhaag Milkha Bhaag" and "Paan Singh Tomar"), comes a superb female-oriented bio-pic!
