The Review:
A failed attempt at making a typical superhero movie. The story is extremely weak and doesn't have anything special - the VFX aren't edited properly either. It almost feels as if you're watching a movie with a 1970s Bollywood script, but with superheros instead of actors - it just doesn't work.
Hrithik Roshan does an excellent job in his double role and portraying himself as a superhero. I just hope he gets a better hair stylist next time. Priyanka didn't seem too interested in her role - it felt forced from the last movie. Kangna does justice to her role but, just like Hrithik, she needs a better overall stylist. Vivek Oberoi isn't the right choice for the villain - someone else could have pulled off the role better.
The soundtrack hurts your ears. Enough said. The background music, on the other hand, by Salim-Sulaiman is appreciated!
Avoid this one unless you have kids and they really want to watch it.
