The Review:Disappointing! After "Dabangg", one expects a lot from Abhinav Kashyap, especially when Ranbir Kapoor is the lead. The first half of the movie is quite entertaining but the second half gets boring very easily. Also, the story has plenty of vulgar moments and dialogues which are unnecessary.
Ranbir Kapoor goes away from his lover-boy image and is absolutely brilliant! He carries the entire movie on his shoulders. Pallavi Sharda does an excellent job for a debut movie but there are plenty of places where she could improve. It's a treat watching Javed Jaffrey as the villain after so many years. Rishi Kapoor & Neetu Singh create a lovely on-screen chemistry in addition to their individual roles.
The soundtrack of the movie fits in perfectly with the movie - there are some wonderful tunes by Lalit Pandit! However, it could have been much better.
There are some comic moments here and there, however, the movie doesn't work as a whole.
